UNLEASH Holiday Survival

Service Description

The holiday season can feel difficult, heavy and lonely for some survivors. Knowing we are not alone and that support is available can sometimes be the very thing that carries us through. We are offering a special time for those who have completed the UNLEASH e-course to gather together again for some added support for the holidays. In this 90 minute virtual gathering, we will focus on grounding, connection, joy and empowerment in our safe space. Nicole and another trauma expert Mandi will drop some Holiday Survival Goodies into the conversation and we will make plenty of room for questions, survivor sharing and laughter (sometimes it is the very best medicine!).
